We currently have an opening for a Grant Compliance Officer. This position is within the Broadband Team, supporting state clients in implementing federal grants to expand broadband within their states over the next four years.
Primary Duties:
- Develop federal financial compliance and procedures
- Conduct audit function of financial reporting for grant sub-recipients
- Support and lead client meetings
- Mentor junior staff, as needed
Minimum Technical Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a public trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of consulting and federal government experience
- Advanced Excel experience
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail and process-oriented
- Federal grant experience, preferably broadband or infrastructure
- Financial compliance experience
- Knowledge of 2CFR200 and other federal financial reporting requirements
- Knowledge of BEAD, SLFRF, CPF, or DEA
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Availability for occasional travel
