We currently have an opening for a Grant Compliance Officer. This position is within the Broadband Team, supporting state clients in implementing federal grants to expand broadband within their states over the next four years.
Primary Duties:

• Develop federal financial compliance and procedures
• Conduct audit function of financial reporting for grant sub-recipients
• Support and lead client meetings
• Mentor junior staff, as needed

Minimum Technical Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 5-10 years of consulting and federal government experience
• Advanced Excel experience

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail and process-oriented
• Federal grant experience, preferably broadband or infrastructure
• Financial compliance experience
• Knowledge of 2CFR200 and other federal financial reporting requirements
• Knowledge of BEAD, SLFRF, CPF, or DEA
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Availability for occasional travel
