Job Title:Gospel Service  Coordinator

Location : JBM-HH Memorial Chapel, VA

Job Type : Full-time

Hours of Operations : 0830-1630 Monday thru Friday

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the heads of various parish ministries/groups for information pertaining to each ministry/organization group program.
• Coordinate the preparation of the Gospel Service bulletin each week. Edit content, fact check, and ensure printing/publishing deadlines are met.
• Maintain and schedule all religious community events on the master electronic calendar and other ministry/organization-specific electronic calendars.
• Coordinate with the Lead Gospel Service Chaplain and solicit input from the Pastoral
• Service Community calendar (and any other ministry/organization-specific calendars) with programs and activities.
• Coordinate with each of the congregation’s Program Director to identify program needs for specific registrations and associated forms, volunteer information, and curriculum materials.
• Coordinate Designated Offerings with the Fund Office and the Lead Gospel Service Chaplain.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic calendars, databases, and office software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups and ministries.
• Knowledge of appropriate protocols for purchasing and inventory management.
