Position Title: Player Services (Seasonal)

Pay: Minimum $11.44/hr. plus daily tips (typically equated to $14.42 to $20.00+ with tips) Schedule: up to 40 hours per week

THERE IS A STRONG DESIRE TO FILL DAY SHIFTS DURING THE SPRING AND FALL SEASONS.

Overview

The purpose of the position is to perform the day to day cart and range operations. The Player Services position includes: cleaning golf clubs, engaging members and guests, set-up and break-down of all practice facility amenities, golf carts and golf bags as required by the members/guests on the tee sheet.

Essential Duties

• Directly responsible for the day to day operations of cart and practice facility set-up.
• Responsible for expediently greeting members and guests and providing them with a high level of service.
• Directly responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the player services area of the club.
• Directly responsible for the cleaning and stocking of golf carts.
• Directly responsible to cover post that is assigned. Podium, practice facility etc.
• Responsible for the logging of any golf cart issues to supervisor or manager.
• Assists with tournament operations including weekly member events, group outings and club-sponsored events.
• Additional responsibilities may be added during the golf season if management dictates.

• Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly.
• Possess hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone or radio with earpieces.
• Demonstrate Visual Acuity.
• Lift 40 lbs.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• May work in controlled temperature conditions, cold and hot temperatures, or inclement weather conditions.
• Drive and operate a golf car with a valid Drivers Licence.
• Interact with individuals and members on interpreting and enforcing rules, policies, and procedures.
