The valet & Outside Services position at Roaring Fork Club is an integral part of creating a positive, memorable, and enjoyable golf experience. This integral position at the Club serves as the first and last impression of the club and “sets the mood” for a person’s day at Roaring Fork Club. One may say that this position is the friendly face of the club, so smile and enjoy the role.

Experience Required
Education/Experience: High School Degree or equivalent
- Personable, approachable and socially engaging
- High degree of professionalism and commitment to excellence and high standards
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize workload, managing multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision
- Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work a combination of weekends and weekdays
- Ability to be a self-starter whereby little supervision is required in order to accomplish tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced working environment
- Desire to integrate quickly with a team to accomplish operational goals
- Demonstrated ability to safely drive automobiles
Essential Responsibilities
An example of the many different roles and responsibilities in each are listed below. We rotate positions daily to provide different and unique experiences:
Front of Proshop
- Ensure safe golf cart use and cleanliness
- Practice and promote name recognition
- Clean all golf clubs after use
- Assist valet daily with parking, unloading bags and cart staging
- Control the bag storage facility and store guests’ bags properly
- Coordinate with all members of the golf staff to create exceptional experiences
- Manage the fleet of rental clubs
- Keep work areas neat, orderly, and professional-looking
- Assist with the set-up and administration of golf tournaments and events
- Inform the players/Members of the amenities of the Roaring Fork Club
- Assist with golf clinics and Roaring Fork Club Golf schools
Practice Facility
- Prepare the Practice Facility for daily operations
- Keep the Practice Facility stocked with clean practice balls
- Maintain Practice Tee amenities and cleanliness
- Fill divots with appropriate sand and seed mixture
- Clean Member & Guest clubs
Bag Room
- Prepare the bag room for daily operations
- Organize and keep track of bags in storage
- Maintain a tidy and organized area with your fellow team members
- Anticipate needs by tracking upcoming play through the use of Jonas tee time system
Valet
- Greet all arriving members and guests
- Systematically organize car parking and golf club transfer to necessary areas
- Safely drive automobiles through a high-traffic area
- Move quickly to retrieve cars and golf bags for members and guests that are leaving the property
- Communicate clearly with entire golf operation as well as members of other departments so as to create a positive memorable experience for all members and their guests

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
