- This is for the 2024 golf season. Ideal availability between April and November
Opportunity
Setup and breakdown of all function rooms on a timely basis. Clean and maintain receiving area, garage, driveway, etc. Help outside food and beverage service run smoothly.
Specific Responsibilities
- Following proper setup and breakdown procedures according to BEO. Also setup continentals and help with serving them.
- Checking in, signing, and proper placement of all food and beverage deliveries
- Responsible for par stock in beverage cooler. Observe “FIFO” when rotating stock
- Responsible for helping cart servers with end of the day procedures
- Work with course server to maintain a par stock on the beverage cart and stands by delivering product
- Responsible for requisitions (Bar, Kitchen, Server, etc.)
Hours will vary between 6am and 9pm. Weekdays and Weekends are required.
Skills/Requirements
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs. or more on a regular basis.
- Must be 18 years of age to handle alcohol. Beverage license must be attained to serve alcohol.
- Friendly, outgoing personality, that is able to handle with high caliber clientele.
- High School Diploma is required
