Requirements:
- A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the world of specialty coffee.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with our diverse customer base.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
