The Hilton Milwaukee City Center is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager in Training. This role will rotate throughout our Outlets to gain knowledge on each department and learn the many roles we have within our Food & Beverage department. The Manager in Training program is designed to attract and engage undergraduates and graduate students studying hospitality, hotel, tourism, Food and Beverage management, and similar programs.
What will you be doing?
- Training and development in Food & Beverage departments.
- Obtain leadership skills and rotational exposure.
- Interact with hotel executives.
- Opportunities for project work and other assignments.
What do you bring to the role?
- Must have or be pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Must have previous Food & Beverage Experience.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
