Golf Course Superintendent Assistant

We also offer the privilege of using club amenities! On a space-available basis, employees can play golf, play tennis, and use our fitness room. During lunch and dinner breaks, employees are even offered a free meal in our employee break room.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Monday to Thursday, you'll be on the course from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Fridays bring a shorter day, concluding at noon, allowing you to kickstart your weekend early. Every other weekend, you'll be up with the dawn on Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor's degree, associate of science degree, or a certificate in Horticulture
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and efficiently utilize industry-specific technology such as Rain Bird Cirrus, Windows, Word, and Excel
- A working knowledge of the game of golf, Golf Course-related equipment, computerized Golf Course irrigation systems, and familiarity with IPM systems
- Knowledge of private club operations, legal liability, and employee relations
- A valid Florida driver's license
Ideal applicants either possess or can obtain within the first six months of employment a current State of Florida Ornamental and Turf Restricted Use Pesticide License.
