Responsibilities
- Review customer invoices, develop fleet reports, and report on the overall truck/fleet cost.
- Participate in the research, development, and implementation of Fleet Products as well as communicate customer and dealer feedback to management.
- Visit distributors/branches and end-users as needed to further investigate/research/resolve issues to ensure customer retention and develop after-market opportunity.
- Provide assistance to the other Company departments in developing and meeting customer compliance regarding life cycle services.
Mininum Qualifications
- Less than 2 years related experience
- Associate degree (Business)
Preferred Qualifications
- A four-year business degree, or equivalent experience in this area.
- A strong working knowledge of data collection and reporting methods including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication and organizational skills.
