Carved through the Ponderosa Pines of the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club is a nationally recognized and awarded private club. The Jerry Pate Design Golf Course was named as one of the top 20 Golf Courses in Arizona by Golf Digest in 2020 & 2021. The gated community that is Flagstaff Ranch has been identified as one of the top 100 Gated Residential Communities in America. Flagstaff Ranch is located just west of historic Flagstaff, Arizona. The Golf Course is open for six months each year between the months of late April and end of October.

Job Description: Ideally a candidate will have prior custodial experience. The candidate for this job will be responsible for the cleanliness of our on-course bathrooms, they will maintain proper levels of stocked products and keep an inventory of those products to ensure orders are completed on time. Some custodial work at the maintenance shop and detail work on the Golf Course will be required as well.

Requirements: All candidates will be required to have a positive attitude, willingness to learn/work, be a team player, and be able to communicate efficiently. Timely arrival is a must.

Season: Opening day for the golfing season is April 26th and closing day is October 27th. The shift usually begins at 6:30 am and ends at 4:00 pm.

Compensation: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour depending on experience.

Experience: Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Characteristics: Dedicated and hard-working individuals that get along well with people. The candidates must possess a can-do attitude and willingness to help others

Employee Benefits: Golf privileges are limited to a time available basis Monday through Thursday after 2:00 pm. All individuals must adhere to the member guidelines with respect to golf etiquette, club rules and proper attire. Use of the practice-tee is prohibited.
