Responsibilities:
- Order Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure the timely preparation and plating of dishes.
- Organize and prioritize food orders based on customer preferences and seating arrangements.
- Food Delivery:
- Transport plated dishes from the kitchen to the designated tables with accuracy and speed.
- Ensure that the presentation of each dish meets the restaurant's standards before delivering to the table.
- Communication:
- Maintain open communication with servers, chefs, and other restaurant staff to relay any special requests, modifications, or issues with orders.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and servers to address any discrepancies or delays in food delivery.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect each dish for accuracy, completeness, and quality before delivering it to the customer.
- Ensure that all necessary condiments, garnishes, and utensils accompany each order.
- Customer Service:
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers by delivering food promptly and addressing any immediate concerns or requests.
- Assist in creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for customers.
- Cleanliness and Organization:
- Keep surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed.
Requirements:
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Experience in hospitality
- Weekend availability
