The Opportunity:
- We are looking for an experienced office administrator and back-office support staffer for our Global Operations department. We will train you for the specific tasks.
- Part time to start. Hours & days flexible. Likely to grow into a full-time position quickly for the right person.

The Work:
- You will support the back-office and administrative needs for the Operations department and provide help as needed for other departments.
- You’ll work with people at all levels throughout the company.
- You’ll be shown how we do things, then expected to master your tasks overtime, keep up on the workload, and improve the efficiency of our processes as we scale up.
- You’ll handle the accumulating of information, logging activities, organizing data, building presentable reports, finding and investigating anomalies, confirming accuracy, maintain project schedules, cross checking data, polishing data and data normalizing.
- Place, track and follow-up with parcel and freight shipments.
- Enter, gather, reconcile, and process accounting data through multiple systems.
- Run and analyze reports. Test new procedures and look for weaknesses.
- Assist in inventory control, record keeping, and handle micro-projects as assigned.

- Excellent in Excel. You can do pivot tables with ease and are willing to try and tackle complex formulas with gusto. (VBA a big plus, but not required.)

- It’s awesome how tech savvy and comfortable learning new software, you are.
- You’re a detective at heart. Asking questions of the data and digging down to solve mysteries and reading the story inside the numbers. Then you do your happy dance.
- Work well independently, self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Can be a great teammate also. Supporting others and getting the work done through extra efforts, if needed.
- You have a sense of urgency and emotional intelligence.
- Smart and curious. Able to communicate effectively as well as listen with intent and understanding.
You’ll have:
- At least a 4-year university degree (USA) or international equivalent.
- A minimum of 7 years of work experience in an office-like environment working with data, spreadsheets, Word docs, analysis, and project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in one or more of these areas: accounting/bookkeeping, logistics and supply chain administration, office management, inventory or fulfillment, data entry, performing online research, and project management.
- High level of spreadsheet skills, MS office programs, tech savvy, and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to follow instructions and think on your feet.
- Super organization skills and strong attention to detail; it runs through your veins.

We are a scuba diving product manufacturer and training agent. We are in our 7th year and just launched our flagship product internationally. We are US-based, but work from multiple time zones.

Salary: Depends on experience and skills.
Hours/Days: Part-time to start, we are flexible on how and when you do your work.
