Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strong Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible to drive alignment and adoption, elevate Leadership Development, and provide support for the complete lifecycle of Executive Leadership Development programs.
- Act as project manager for the Leadership Development strategy, ensuring successful delivery of results. Actively participate in the planning and execution, working across various partner groups.
- Facilitate alignment on tracking the current plan's performance through regular forums and communications with leaders, project managers, and communication leads across the McDonald’s system.
- Manage external vendors and partner regularly with them on design and delivery of Executive Leadership Development programs.
- Drive problem-solving and resolution when obstacles arise.
- Support McDonald’s goal to help everyone grow where they are and achieve their unique ambitions by facilitating opportunities, experiences, and relationships that support growth.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Global People partners to ensure the leadership curriculum, programs, technology, and culture support the needs of the business.
- Work collaboratively across multiple subject areas, Centers of Excellence, markets and project teams to ensure partners’ and end-users’ needs are considered.
- Continually scan the external environment for new and standard methodologies and work to bring them into the organization. Coach and advise project leads and internal groups on program management and collaboration practices.
- Establish environments and forums for innovation, collaboration and best practice sharing. Support work to promote a positive culture and build and maintain relations.
- Bachelor’s or advanced Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent aptitude in detailed project management and financial planning and attention to detail.
- Experience using key program, measurement and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication able to deliver information in a clear, concise way, ensuring the organization makes rapid and informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse global environment.
- Commitment to personal development and ability to coach and support those around you.
