This role is responsible for creating, managing and measuring the effectiveness of integrated marketing communications programs for the Global Imaging business. Works closely with the Global Integrated Campaign Strategy director to ensure the delivery of high performing programs that drive customer engagement, create brand preference and enable effective sales engagement. Drives greater integration and coordination of central and product campaigns through consistent tools and processes to optimize marketing investments and improve the consistency of our messages and branding to customers and sales teams. Essential Responsibilities
- Activates integrated marketing communications programs for the Global Imaging business. Works with external agencies and media planners/strategists to optimize and execute programs.
- Creates and maintains an enterprise-wide Imaging promotional calendar.
- Acts as the lead administrator and manager of the employee advocacy social platform. Ensures a robust library of social content supporting key announcements, new products and marketing programs.
- Manages monthly (or as needed) updates to the marketing communications and sales comms teams.
- Manages and activates paid media planning, buying, management and metrics for the enterprise, including the management of designated global Radiology promotional channels. Ensures all campaigns are set up for success in the corresponding GE HealthCare systems.
- Tracks progress of programs, analyzes results and provides ongoing insights and data to improve program performance as well as to optimize program planning.
- Works closely with the director, as well as global and regional marketing communications team members and marketing colleagues, to ensure programs are aligned with global priorities and delivers value to regional teams.
- Seeks to effectively utilize new channels and techniques to deliver unique, attention-getting strategies to help meet marketing objectives.
- Ensures adherence to GE Healthcare brand and positioning guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
- Two-plus years of experience in advertising or marketing communications or product marketing.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate financial information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.
- Agility to manage multiple priorities at once, while retaining the flexibility to pivot as needed.
- Experience with various marketing technologies, such as SalesForce, CMP Platforms and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated skills in managing online and offline tactics and channels, including content marketing, social media, website development and maintenance, and advanced digital marketing techniques.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 5+ years experience in marketing, advertising, digital marketing or a related field.
- GE HealthCare experience and Imaging experience highly preferred.
- Experience in executing to tight budgets and timelines Healthcare product/industry acumen.
- Experience working with regional marketing teams and in a matrixed organization a strong plus.
- Knowledge of product offerings and commercial processes.
- Strong analytical and process skills.
- Team oriented – ability work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
