Compensation $18 to $22 Hourly DOE
Efficiently process paperwork and communicate with the customer throughout the glass process to meet all customer concerns and needs. This position is the first point of contact for our customers.
Qualifications : Can effectively communicate, be cheerful, pleasant, energetic, and pro-active. Requires an ability to multi-task and stay extremely organized while doing so. If you are detail oriented, catch on quickly, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude under stress then you'll love this job and excel in it. Must have a working knowledge of glass software as well as computer operations and programs like Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, etc.
Responsibilities : Contact customers, review their paperwork, answer phone calls, contact insurance companies, handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and all customer service oriented tasks.
Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with an hour lunch
