What to Expect What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
Tesla continues to scale at unprecedented speeds, launching production in Austin and Berlin, scaling up in Shanghai and Fremont, and expanding globally over the next 12 months. We are actively seeking individuals with exceptional abilities to contribute to the standardization and organization of our growing Collision segment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing Glass Claims, maintaining accounts receivable balances at $0 within 30 days, following up on unpaid balances with insurance companies and vehicle owners, and conducting audits of accounting ledgers for compliance. Multiple locations are available, including Aliso Viejo, CA, and Oceanside, CA.
- Process insurance Glass Claims and schedule customer in Collision Centers
- Maintaining accounts receivable balances of $0 under 30 days
- Follow up with insurances and vehicle owners on unpaid balances
- Maintain insurance relationships to maximize customer experience
- Strong insurance claim experience, accounts receivable and collision experience is preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and locations while adhering to business-critical deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Dedicated and ethical approach to business operations
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships, acting as a well-respected, trusted partner with whom others want to work
- Proficient with computers, as well as CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell Estimating Software
Compensation and Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$64,600 - $210,900/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
