Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area in a clean and organized manner
- Prepare and replenish food and beverage items, such as coffee, tea, pastries, and fruits
- Ensure that food items are properly displayed and labeled
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests related to the breakfast service
- Monitor and restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and emptying trash bins
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with food service procedures and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Experience as a delivery driver, bussing tables, or culinary background is beneficial
