We are seeking a Worker's Compensation Claims Liaison with a leading insurance brokerage. Your role will involve detailed coordination and support across all levels of the claims process, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service. This vital role offers the flexibility of a 100% remote working environment, enabling you to make a significant impact from the comfort of your home!
Key Responsibilities:
- Report and manage Workers' Compensation claims using our agency management system.
- Liaise with adjusters, lawyers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive claim resolution.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups and provide status updates to keep all parties informed.
- Analyze and prepare loss runs and facilitate claim review meetings.
- Offer strategic reserve recommendations and compile monthly and quarterly claims summaries.
What’s on Offer:
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Worker's Compensation; insurance carrier or brokerage experience
- Experience with Applied EPIC agency management software is a plus.

- A detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
