Job Title: GIS Delivery Manager

Location: PST time zone (West Coast) - Remote

Job Description:

• Cyient Utilities practice is growing significantly based on demand driven by projects in System implementation and deployment of GIS based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the development in the various commercial GIS platforms and ensure the implementations and GIS solutions from Cyient are aligned to the same
• As part of GIS implementation program kick-off, anchor and lead technical workshops with customers to understand their enterprise landscape, business and functional requirements, lead solution feasibility discussions along with Sr. Architects
• Play a key role as a bridge between the execution team and customer during execution phase and help in managing customer expectation and lead the solution demonstrations.
• Play an active role in developing/ validating the architecture, support resolution of complex technical issues and enable the team in planning the project and support the team as needed to ensure the program / project goals are met
• Network with OEMS (Esri & GE) and be the brand ambassador for Cyient in the various technology forums by demonstrating Cyient thought leadership in this space
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders - Delivery, Sales, Presales in developing winning proposals, defending the proposed solutions with customers and executing the same effectively.
• Proactively define and drive the building of solutions in the GIS Space specific to mining, energy and Utilities.

Desired characteristics:

• Strong knowledge of GIS domain with specific expertise and understanding of ArcGIS / Esri UN
• Strong communication skills to be able to articulate the value proposition to customers, internal stakeholders and the team
• A highly collaborative team player who can work towards the success of the program by owning the technical outcome of the projects
• Be able to travel across the US to represent Cyient with various customers in workshops, contract meetings and also represent Cyient in various trade shows.
• Flexible work timing to accommodate meetings with stakeholders across the globe.
