Traffic Control Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic at construction sites or other locations to ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrians
- Set up Traffic Control signs, cones, and barricades according to specific guidelines
- Communicate with drivers, pedestrians, and construction personnel to provide clear instructions and ensure safety
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust Traffic Control measures as needed
- Report any incidents or issues to supervisors or law enforcement as necessary

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give clear directions
- Knowledge of Traffic Control regulations and procedures
- Ability to operate equipment such as dump trucks, front loader trucks, bulldozers, pavers, Caterpillar machinery, loaders, backhoes, graders, and utility locators is a plus
- Experience in construction or related field is preferred

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
