We are a non-profit organization located in Oakland, California. We offer in-person and online classes in Breema Bodywork, Self-Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony. We have been in Oakland since 1980 offering workshops and trainings for the public to study Breema.
Your Role:
As a Generalist Office Assistant, you'll be the lynchpin of our digital office environment, supporting our team with a variety of digital and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will:
- Provide comprehensive support with office management tools like Microsoft Office, Slack, Canva, Dropbox, Zoom, Kajabi, and social media platforms.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures.
- Support in handling budgeting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and manage digital filing systems.
- Be a primary point of contact for internal support, helping your colleagues effectively use digital tools and complete time sensitive tasks.
- Participate in training and self-development sessions to stay abreast of the latest office technology trends.
