Responsible for credit underwriting, maintain customer relationship and business development with the Corporate Lending Department.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

• Underwrite, process and close new loan transactions.
• Prepare credit approval memos on all requests for credit.
• Analyze and spread business and personal financial statements, tax returns and other documentations.
• Service assigned existing credit relationship, maintain credit files, monitor and collect updated financial documents.
• Work with the Note Department on the closing of new loan transactions.
• Develops new customer relationship, evaluate requests for credit and make recommendations.
• Cross-sells other bank products and services.
• Performs other duties or assignments as instructed.

Qualifications:

• College degree in accounting, finance or business preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial lending and banking experience.
• Strong cash flow analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high production environment.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
