```Overview
Reliable Office Clerk. Will include bookkeeping and will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. PT or FT. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy and contributes in driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills and a strong customer service mindset.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, Accounts Payable nd Accounts Receivable
- Assist with answering phone calls and taking messages.
-Support Bookkeeping procedures and Direct Billing
-Create and Update records and databases (ERP) Timeslips
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Office Clerk, office assistant or relevant role.
-Familiarity with office administration and basic accounting principles.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, assist colleagues when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
