Job Summary
We are seeking a General Office Clerk for our Bakersfield location . Successful candidate will be outgoing, great communication skills and have experience with data entry and scheduling jobs for multiple installation crews.
Responsibilities
- Review customer documentation for completion and accuracy.
- Notify sales representatives of any problems with customer documents and information.
- Data entry of customer files into company and utility databases.
- Answer phones .
- Filing of customer files
- Schedule jobs for installation crews on a daily basis.
- Will communicate verbally and electronically with local management, corporate management and program administrators to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year administrative support and data entry experience.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Candidate must be Bilingual, English/Spanish as a majority of our customers are Spanish speaking.
- Must be able to pass a background screening.
