Job Description
As a General Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, data entry, and assisting with General Office duties. You will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that paperwork and documentation are organized, accurate, and readily accessible to other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
· Scan and file documents, ensuring proper organization and storage.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems.
· Assist with data entry of essential information.
· Handle General Office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
· Collaborate with other team members to provide administrative support as needed.
· Ensure confidentiality and data security for all office-related documents.
· Assist in other General Office and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proven experience in an office environment is a plus but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
