As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the establishment. Your duties will include:

- Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Knowledge of Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
