General Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our establishment, including kitchen operations, restaurant management, catering, and hotel services. Duties: - Provide strong leadership and guidance to all staff members - Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the establishment - Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management - Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services - Monitor employee performance and provide training and development opportunities as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Requirements: - Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and food service management - Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software applications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
