In this role you will:
- Be the person who reinvigorates team members, and leads by example to provide an industry-leading guest experience.
- Reviews performance of carwash employees on a regular basis.
- Supervise completion of opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee compliance of all safety regulations and policies.
- Leads and inspires a culture of high sales performance, and pushes the team to hit daily goals.
- Building strong customer relationships and consistently attract new members.
- Supervise completion of opening and closing procedures.
- May be asked to perform basic to intermediate level maintenance tasks.

- Has working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Has the ability to efficiently multitask in a quickly changing environment
- Has a passion for building relationships with customers and community
- Has a willingness to work hard towards a common team goal
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Management experience and demonstrated skill at developing a team
- Be punctual, responsible, and accountable
- Hold the site to corporate metrics

Salary: Minimum base salary starting at 60k annually (BOE), with a generous bonus structure paid out on a quarterly basis.
