Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the agency's goals and objectives are met.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and client care coordination.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of caregivers and administrative staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and employee engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to promote the agency's services and enhance our reputation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgetary responsibilities, including expense control, and financial reporting.
- Stay current on industry trends, developments, and innovations to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the agency.
- Create and sustain community networking relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in healthcare, preferably in home care or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for home care agencies.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward clients and their families.
