The Opportunity
Funden is the leading fundraising platform connecting founders to capital. Founders use our tools and strategic guidance for quicker, more effective fundraises. Investors use us to receive curated, quality deal flow and broadcast co-investment opportunities to our audience of 850+ global VCs, family funds, angel networks, syndicates, and more.
As the Funden General Manager, based in Midtown Manhattan in New York, your role will be overseeing efficient day-to-day operations of both the sales and operations team, driving business development and partnerships, leading sales initiatives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the continued success and growth of the platform in the dynamic landscape of startup fundraising. The role currently reports directly to the board of directors.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: continuously develop and execute Funden's vision to simplify and expedite startup fundraising.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient Assisted Fundraising services.
- Business Development: Expand Funden's reach through partnerships, collaborations, and stakeholder relationships.
- Sales Leadership: Collaborate to enhance lead generation and business development via marketing and sales objectives.
- Innovation: Foster an innovative culture, improving tools, services, and overall efficiency.
- Product: Expand the product and service offering to appeal to a wider audience and raise the lifetime value of each client.
Requirements:
- Proven self-starter who does not need micromanagement.
- Strong understanding of fundraising, with a track record of building and scaling businesses.
- Experience overseeing operations, including strategy analysis and client support.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in sales and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within a small business.
Experience and Education:
- Master of Business Administration, Juris Doctor, or similar graduate degree;
- Minimum of 10 years working in a leadership position; and
- Experience working with business owners, CEO's and Founders.

LTV SaaS Fund seeks short and long-term investment opportunities, with a return rate at approximately 174% over a 3-5 year term.
