General Manager - Casual Dining Establishment

- Proven experience in Restaurant General Management within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Adept at understanding and training others on all facets of restaurant operations.
- Ability to champion hospitality and inspire team members.
- Strong coaching and development skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Surpass financial and profitability objectives.
- Lead the entire management life cycle.
- Oversee inventory, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Responsible for management payroll and scheduling.
- Manage employee relations with a focus on development and satisfaction.
- Uphold facility standards in line with our commitment to excellence and hospitality.
- Cultivate and strengthen community relations.
