SalaryCharlies Auto Body located in Lynden WA. It is locally owned by a third generation family member and is well established in the area having been started in 1958. We pride ourselves in customer service and quality/safe repairs. We have invested a considerable amount into new equipment including a 12 point fixture frame bench along with an expansion to the building making it just under 12,000sqft. Currently hold OEM certifications with FCA, Honda, Acura, Ford, GM, Nissan, KIA, Hyundai, and Subaru. We have DRP relations with a handful of insurance companies but maintain a good balance of non-DRP & fleet work. The GM would be working with the admin support of a full-time front end estimator, a parts/production manager, CSR, & office manager.
Willing to train the correct individual, if they are strong in estimatics & repair planning.
A good fit would be a like minded individual who understand the industry is going through a change and we as managers need to help facilitate that change to our best ability.

Skills
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
Position is salary based with bonus system.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
