The General Manager position comes with a salary of $60,000 - $80,000, additional bonus compensation of up to $42,000, and generous perks and benefits, including health insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 YEARS of HIGH VOLUME FULL-SERVICE restaurant management experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic experience with Microsoft Suite

- Oversee the execution of the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
- Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Successfully promote and publicize the brand.
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as a restaurant supervisor
- Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters.
- Complete all new hire paperwork/onboarding according to necessary deadlines.
- Train employees professionally and profitably by applying The Sicilian Butcher's policies and procedures.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one mentoring as needed, administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and Performance Improvement Action Plans.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of all menu items.
- Organize the restaurant following proper food rotation and cleanliness procedures
- Order all food, paper, chemical, and other supplies as needed to run the store
- Ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures
- Have a vast knowledge of The Sicilian Butcher's history
- Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
- Send weekly update reports to Regional Operations Manager.
