• Ready to conquer training in Las Vegas? You'll be there for a 6-month intensive training program, Monday through Friday, because we only train champions.

Responsibilities: As the General Manager, you don't just lead; you dominate. Your battlefield encompasses:

• Strategic Command and Oversight:
• Execute strategic oversight and wield your managerial might over Project Coordinators, Senior Traffic Control Specialists, Flagger Supervisors, Traffic Control Supervisors, and Dispatch Operations.
• Establish dominance by cultivating and strategically negotiating relationships with customers and regulatory entities. Your mission: Ensure mutual benefit and compliance.
• Operational Warfare:
• Optimize workflow processes to not just meet but obliterate service delivery expectations set by our clients and governing entities.
• Lead the charge in implementing and integrating cutting-edge procedures and technological systems. Why? To enhance communication and operational efficiency – not just between administrative personnel, field staff, and customers but to set a new standard in the industry.
• Continuous Reinforcement:
• Assess and elevate the operational capabilities of every division within The Barricade Company. Your objective: Align them with customer needs and obliterate market demands. Weakness is not an option; excellence is the standard.
