As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our residential consumer services business. you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan and business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance company performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the company's annual budget
- Monitor financial performance, cost controls, and profitability
- Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or extensive related experience
- Proven experience in a senior management role
- P&L management experience required
