Charlotte's favorite full-service car wash, Dilworth Car Wash, is expanding it's footprint in Greenville. We're excited to serve customers across the Upstate and deliver a premium product in every wash.

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on leader with at least five years of customer service management experience to partner with the owners and help grow our continued expansion to Greenville.
The General Manager will oversee daily operations including staffing, training, hiring, equipment maintenance, customer satisfaction, basic financial reporting, marketing, and growth initiatives. We are excited to find somebody eager to grow a local, small business and are happy to invest in his or her development. Limited financial and corporate experience is OK, but the General Manager will need excellent work ethic and communication skills to successfully work with customers and team members. Perhaps the largest responsibility of the General Manager is to create a positive work environment for his/her employees and management team.
Over time, we hope to increase the General Manager's managerial scope to include other locations / operations across Greenville and the greater Carolinas.
Responsibilities include:
- Make the Greenville car wash the most popular full-service car wash in the Greenville area through rigorous quality control and a customer-first culture
- Be a player-coach, working as cashier and detailer when needed and on customer vehicles including prep, hand washes, and details
- Retain (and invest in) exceptional team members. Recruit and hire new employees
- Business development with proximal companies and apartments to grow the existing customer base
- Monitor and track operating and financial performance metrics on a daily basis and communicate status updates to the ownership group
- Facilitate regular equipment inspections and repairs
- Manage all other daily operations (e.g., chemical ordering and competitive bidding).
Compensation will include a base salary, health insurance, and a generous incentive plan (quarterly cash bonus after performance targets met).
