Spa Director/General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our team. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed

- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping

- Utilize effective time management techniques to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's operations, including inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and payroll

- Recruit, hire, and train new employees to ensure a skilled workforce

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication

Skills:

- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management

- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in supervising employees and providing performance feedback

- Knowledge of purchasing processes and ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers

- Familiarity with payroll systems and processes

- Demonstrated ability to recruit and hire qualified candidates
