Your Role:
As the General Manager of Crumbl Cookies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and reputation of our brand. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from ensuring impeccable customer service to managing inventory and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated cookie enthusiasts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and positivity.
- Uphold Crumbl's high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and leaves with a smile.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that reflects the Crumbl brand aesthetic.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Develop and implement training programs to continuously improve employee performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
