Perform housekeeping duties in a designated area on site: including sweeping and shoveling products and grain dust into mobile equipment. Perform assigned duties with the maintenance department: including helper, fire watches and confined space attendant. Maintain a safe and sanitary atmosphere with a high regard for environmental impact of the operation. Follow all Cargill safety rules and regulations Assist other plant personnel as needed and will perform any other duty as requested by the production supervisor.Required Qualifications:Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respiratorAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written) Possession of or the ability to obtain a driver’s license Basic computer skillsAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance noticePreferred Qualifications:Forklift experiencePrevious experience in production related workExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAPWorking knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and WordHigh School diploma or GED Equivalent Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
