```Duties```
- Must be able to being job on March 12, 2024. Will have an orientation on that day at the office.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed

- Must be punctual, on time, and must be able to be in office during open hours.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude
