Full Time Laborer

Overview:
Well-known and trusted, family owned and operated excavating company of over 40 years is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on the job site. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We complete residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal work.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Qualifications:
- Clean license (will be verified)
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred (construction/landscaping) but will train. Additional and relative skills helpful
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
