Associate Attorney, Litigation (Hybrid)

We specialize in labor and employment law litigation in federal courts in NY & NJ.
Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
• Assist in the preparation of trial materials and participate in courtroom proceedings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with senior attorney and support staff on case management and strategy
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

Experience:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
