A leading healthcare company is seeking an SVP of Labor and Compensation to join their team. The SVP will lead the strategic direction of the Labor Management, Payroll, and Benefits departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the strategic planning and execution of human capital management initiatives, including labor management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to departmental managers and HRIS professionals to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements and support business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HRIS systems, processes, and workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS technology, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes affecting human capital management in the healthcare sector.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic leadership experience in the healthcare space (LTC, Hospitals, etc.).
- Extensive exposure to HRIS, Labor Managment, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive organizational performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges in human capital management
