- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- drive loyalty through company loyalty program and excellent customer service.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest relations, and guest services
