Aspire Counseling and Wellness is a growing practice dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals of living a happier and healthier life. Aspire Counseling and Wellness is currently seeking a mental health therapist (LMFT/A, LCSW/A, LCMHC/A) to join our growing team! We are looking for a warm, caring, career-minded and professional clinician who wants to work in a private practice as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

This is a full-time, contract 1099 position. This position will have 24 hour office access; 7 days per week to see clients. Clinician will have a steady flow of referrals to build their caseload. We will accept clinicians who are provisionally licensed.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Provide child and family counseling services to support the overall well-being of patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed, including assessing risk and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Work with pediatric patients to address their unique mental health needs.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Current NC License as an LCMHC(A), LCSW(A), or LMFT(A)
- Energetic, driven, self-motivated and positive
-Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends preferred

-Post-graduate supervisor in place
- Ability to work effectively in clinical setting.
