Brand Ambassadors are the entry point for future Leadership roles within the Organization where you can begin to write your Next Great Chapter. Overview:
- Understands and delivers sales and profit performance, understanding key tools and resources to drive selling
- Supports the store in the execution of company initiatives
- Supports and participates in team training to execute business results
- Creative in thinking of new way to engage clients and reach out to a wider client base

Responsibilities in Store:
- Provide best in class customer service by recommending, selecting and helping customers locate merchandise.
- Works to create meaningful and long-term relationships with their clients to drive both current and future business.
- Follows up on assigned tasks, goals & priorities for the day.
- Leverages More Ways to Shop to drive incremental store sales.
- Understands KPI performance and can speak to wins and opportunities.
- Anticipate obstacles and proactively take action by making recommendations

Brand Ambassador, Responsibilities in store:
- Welcome customers like honored guests in your home
- Adapt service approach and be accessible to every customer

- Contributes to a friendly and fun environment and store culture through engagement in peer recognition
- Participates in community activities and events through RL Gives Back

- Supports a collaborative environment with the customer at its core
- Engages in networking and sourcing talent
- Provides on going feedback to Management on successes and opportunities Optimize Team, Responsibilities in store:
- Motivates peers to drive results for day and segment to achieve goals
- Acts as Co Pilot for new Associates
- Supports associate onboarding, orientation and ongoing training as needed
- Continuously networking and sourcing talent for open positions or bench talent
Overview:
- Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative paths to purchase by supporting alternative purchasing processes - Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home.
- Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery - QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores.
- Leads with digital; BOPIS, pay by link, virtual appointments, digital clienteling. Connected Retail, Responsibilities in store:
- Champions the use of new technology
- Utilizes and promotes all Connected tools and resources
- Delivers on targets and measurements of success Overview:
- Maintains exceptional productivity standards through store execution
- Upholds all company policies and procedures
Operational Excellence, Responsibilities in store:
- Maintains store standards, policies and processes on sales floor and BOH.
- Makes sound and timely decisions on problems / issues requiring attention.
- Utilizes all inventory management tools and processes
- Actively participates in replenishment activities: RFID Reports / Replenishment Overview:
- Provides necessary feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs.
- Ensures sales floor and all store standards are met at all time.
Elevate Product Presentation, Responsibilities in store:
- Participate in event and floor set execution to represent brand and product strategies.
- Participate in established strategy for recovery and replenishment (ISOS).
- Maintains a high level of Product Knowledge expertise.
- Shares and applies knowledge with Internal / External Customer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
