Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities:

- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at various events and locations

- Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and generate interest in products.

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information to potential customers

- Collect data and feedback from customers to help improve marketing strategies

- Assist with event setup, including signage, displays, and promotional materials

- Utilize social media platforms to create brand awareness and engage with followers

- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns

- Deliver presentations or speeches at events to educate and inform the audience about the brand

Experience:

- Previous experience in hair care, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.

- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with a diverse range of individuals

- Strong data collection and analysis skills to gather insights from customer interactions

- Familiarity with event marketing strategies and techniques

- Proficiency in social media management platforms for brand promotion

- Public speaking skills to confidently deliver presentations or speeches

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for communicating with a wider audience
