Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant level III supports the school Principal and the ideal candidate must be able to conduct themselves with a high level of confidence and professionalism in all aspects of the job. Awareness of sensitive and confidential information is critical. The right candidate will be able to work independently, be organized and detail oriented. This position is responsible for maintaining student data through powerschool, managing calendars, schedules and correspondence, interfacing with the public, outside school agencies, school district administrators and staff.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred or 3 years comparable experience working as an Administrative Assistant
Working Conditions: This is a full-time, year-round position supporting the Nottingham West Elementary School Principal. Position is covered under the Secretaries collective bargaining agreement.
