Responsibility:
Performing various accounting and clerical tasks related to Accounts Payable and Receivable. Which include receiving and processing payments, verifying invoices, tracking and recording purchase orders. Coding and data entry of invoices, updating client information in database. Preparing and sending statements to accounts, maintaining accounts to insure timely receipt of payments. Maintaining and balancing the accounts daily, and other general accounting duties.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a back office bookkeeper/accountant, account payable/receivable, office assistant or in another relevant bookkeeper role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Schedule:
- 40 hour work week
- Daytime hours Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent
Experience:
- Accounts payable: 1 year
- Account Receivable: 1 year
- Equivalent bookkeeping experience accepted
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
