oStrong understanding of frontend development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS) and experience with modern frameworks/libraries, especially React.
oProficiency in backend development with Node.js (preferred), Python, or Java.
oExperience working with public cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
oFamiliarity with AI and machine learning, using open-source tools or SaaS products.
oExperience working with git and SCM’s such as GitHub, Azure DevOps and GitLab.
oUnderstanding of DevOps practices and working with CI/CD tools such as GitHub actions, Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

Top 3-5 Skills Needed:
oFrontend Development: Utilize your strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to design and implement responsive user interfaces. Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React is highly preferred.
oBackend Development: Create robust and scalable web services and APIs using technologies like Node.js (preferred), Python, or Java. Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
oCloud Computing: Develop cloud native solutions with AWS to deploy and manage applications. Leverage cloud services to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
oAI and Machine Learning: Implement solutions using Artificial Intelligence and machine learning, utilizing open-source software such as LLaMA, CrewAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or SaaS products from AWS, GCP, and Azure (AWS SageMaker, Azure OpenAI Service, GCP Vertex AI, etc.).
oCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
oBest Practices: Follow best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
